Punched (perforated / ventilated) tray is the most widely used cable support profile worldwide. We supply the full width range from 50 mm to 1200 mm in pre-galvanized, hot-dip galvanized, stainless steel and aluminium — cut to length and supplied with a complete fitting set from one factory group.
A perforated cable tray (also called punched tray, slotted tray or ventilated tray) carries power, control and instrumentation cables along walls, ceilings and under raised floors. The punched pattern dissipates heat and lets workers clip cables down without extra fixing holes, which is why it is the default choice for most industrial and commercial installations.

Standard width 50 mm to 1200 mm, side height 50 / 75 / 100 / 150 / 200 mm, thickness 0.5–3.0 mm, in 2 m to 6 m lengths. Custom widths, slot patterns and hole layouts are produced to drawing.
For outdoor or humid indoor areas we recommend hot-dip galvanized (60–80 µm) or SS304. Pre-galvanized sheet (Z120–Z275) is sufficient for dry indoor environments and is the most economical option.
